Volunteers Needed

If you are interested in volunteering at Sam’s Day 2010, please email Stacey Magee at Stacey.Magee[at]ingclarion[dot]com and let her know if you are able to volunteer and if you know of others who might like to participate.  She’s begun the process of staffing the event and could use all the volunteers she can get.   On the day of the event, she needs volunteers to help with everything from greeting people, attending to the bounce houses, helping with the Silent Auction, directing cars, etc.

Volunteers are usually asked to arrive at 9 am since the event starts at 10 am and it goes until 2 pm on Saturday, October 24, 2009.  If you can’t attend the whole time, please let Stacey know in advance so she can plan accordingly.

If you’d like to be part of the fundraising efforts too, just  let Stacey know as well.

Even if volunteering doesn’t work for you this year, please do spread the word and come out with your friends and families to support the event and enjoy the day.  Feel free to pass out the brochure and poster to others to let them know about the event.
